This is perhaps
one of the easiest steak marinade recipes you will find!
Place about 4 or 5 pounds of beef loin porterhouse sliced about
1 1/2 inches thick in a large dish and pour marinade over - let
sit overnight. Preheat broiler and season steak with salt,
pepper, or seasoned salt. Place steak on broiler pan and broil
for about 30 min or until done to personal preference, basting
occasionally with leftover marinade. |

quality steak sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt |
