Jogging Tips For Beginners >>>>>
Start
your program slow. If you are older or have a health condition,
consult a physician before starting your program. You may even start
by walking several miles and then progressing to walking and
running.
Strive
to eventually run at least 3 miles at a pace that is comfortable and
enjoyable. Run regularly! Try to run every other day.
Find a scenic route that is enjoyable to run - you will find
yourself looking forward to your run if you do.
Wear
proper shoes - buy shoes at a shop that specifically sells athletic
shoes. Good shoes will cushion your steps and minimize shock
from the pavement.
Loosen
up before going out jogging. Make sure your route is safe!
Perhaps take a dog with or run with another person.
