This is a 1 row, 1 column table created with Insert Table. The width is set to 80% of cell.  The border width is 1 pixel.

I chose Table Properties.  I then chose the Cells tab. I set the width of this cell to 20% of the table.  

This is a good place for a LINK. You highlight the text and right-click and choose Create Link.  Type in the URL.

To center within a table, highlight, then click on the Align Center icon above.

To change the font properties, highlight the text, then click on Format and choose the properties you want.

To indent the paragraph, click on the indent formula at the top as many times as you wish.  I indented this 3 times.
